Just read through the "Bidding Procedures Order" and there are a couple of important dates listed.

July 17, 2015 @ 5pm est is the bid deadline before the auction. This is very important because If no additional bid is made then the "stalking horse bidder" would get the assets and no auction would be needed. (Deerfield would get it and that would be bad for stockholders)

July 21, 2015 @ 10am est is the auction if one or more qualified bids were made and approved. (This is how the stockholders will have a chance)

On Wednesday and Thursday I saw "someone" accumulating shares before these 2 deadlines are to occur. If that continues today then things will really get interesting. That would mean that "someone" sees this going to auction and that the company still has some value for shareholders. This is all my opinion. Good fortune to all.
