He was the last CEO. He should be implicated as he was very much part of the last several pumps and fully knowledgeable of the false info etc. The company "web properties" were all his personal websites (I say his, but in fact the Sociallive site associated with their last pumps was actually owned by Sula's brother and was converted from an adult website). They valued their websites at exorbitant amounts in their financials, charged his appartment as office space, used his family and friends to populate Sociallive prior to the PR announcing its launch. He had all kinds of false information on the company website. I could go on and on about his activities as well as those of Kruse. A lot of the issues are documented in my posts here.

I have kept e-mails from him and Kruse as well as documentation from the now defunct Sociallive and have decided to contact authorities.
