I think you guys are being a bit hard on JH. He got the stop sign removed and filed enough info to keep the company current. If you wanna give him an "I" for incomplete or a "D" for barely passing, OK, but an "F" is way to harsh. He has clearly outperformed all CEOs since Henthorn.

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring on prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
