Thanks for posting that, I read it from a member firm's website, not nasdaq. They need to correct their "And" to "Or". When I have time, I will email them.

There is a small laundry list of member firms that uses the NASDAQ platform, but they really are obscure and I too have not had the time to dig through their sites. Not complying with the SEC is the first obstacle, nothing matters until that is done, unless the company tenders offers and reduces shareholders and turns a profit.

Otherwise, this is another dead issue.
