$GEAR >>> The AS was stated to be 600m in the quarterly report for period ended March 31st 2015, so I highly doubt that.. either way what matters is:

the float = 110,655,299

and hasn't changed for quite some time!!

OS = Approximately 2 billion restricted shares + the float

The rest of the large 6b AS has remained unissued since it was increased from 600m


So if it has in fact been over a year like you say... that's good!! Most OTC companies would have used those shares to dilute very heavily by now!! And yet our float remains as it is

some very big things going on behind the scenes during this quiet period imo..
