FACT: Federico Cabo is former DKAM BOD who OWNS Cerveceria Mexicana (a brewery) AND Fabrica de Tequilas Finos (a distillery). FORMER DKAM CEO, Patrick Kenny, claims to have sold Drinks Americas to a "strategic distillery" in 2011 (information can be found on his linkedin page - https://www.linkedin.com/pub/j-patrick-kenny/b/992/243 )...the exact same time Cabo, Cermex and KAH tequila started appearing in DKAM PRs.

FACT: Federico Cabo and his constituents have invested upwards of 50 MILLION DOLLARS into their business(es).

FACT: the ask shrunk by over 150,000,000 shares after a zeroed out IBC 13 hit the other day.

FACT: Federico Cabo founded American Craft Brewing Co. in 1998 (AmBrew). The trajectory of which can be compared to CERMEX and his distillery...just needs a ticker symbol.
