I think that Chuck has made it pretty clear that CPRKQ is pretty broke, not dead by any means, but cash strapped. As for selling more shares, that appears to be an assumption based upon normal operating procedures as we have experienced again and again in the small cap and penny markets. Whether this will be the MO for us is yet to be seen. Nevertheless, I also suspect that management would dearly love to get this show on the road so that we can JUST SHOW UP.

as anxious as we shareholders are to get the new shares,the only people more interested is the new cprk management to get the shares out. as we are basically broke the only way to raise money to get the mine operational is to sell new shares to new shareholders.
