Errata,
It is fairly routine on this board for statements to be made that aren't even remotely correct. SCAM and FRAUD are tossed about freely. Very rare to see a statement like that designated as "FACT", especially one with the word FRAUD in it.
Given there is no basis for the statement, it constitutes libel when it is represented as FACT. The crafty comments know they should never say that. And when asked ... there is never any proof of anything offered ... no links, no phone calls, no pounding the pavement for proof. Just worthless noise. So I don't bother any longer.
Of course these comments continue because of the lack of progress of the company. A large reliance on the failure rates of companies like this to eventually say "Told ya so".
Dahl was a named inventor of the original patents owned by Wellness. Those patents I believe have since been vacated by ZIVO in lieu of new patent filings detailed in the SEC filings. Dahl didn't sell anything to ZIVO. Dahl used ZIVO assets to buy Wellness assets from Essex Angel Capital that was awarded them after bankruptcy proceedings. Dahl was not part of Essex Angel Capital.
Still no green on the board since shareholder meeting ... and given bid/ask .... doesn't look like that will happen today either. Sad ..... only good thing ..... on the radar again for me to start watching for another buy opportunity.
As to market psychology .... company controls the message .... right ? So if the company controls the message properly, the information available in the public domain should be such that investors have a good understanding of where the company is, where it's been, where it's going .... and the underlying prospects .... that with some additional funding, would yield a move to commercialization.
