It certainly makes no sense for current shareholders ... and even less sense for anyone considering establishing a position. Why would any one buy a couple million shares of a stock only to see that 2,000,000 become 10,000 in short while? Especially when the history of Reverse Split in penny stocks shows that they tend to go right back to their start point in a few short months.

BTW, that is exactly what happened in Frankie's last 2 scams. He has a history folks.
