BTW- at $17.3M current cash on hand (net of liabilities) and if diluted shares outstanding are still 21,047,000; the cash value of HDYN is $0.82 per share- i.e. the current price has minimal (no) value for the license, the $100M (gross) carry from Tullow or the $100M appraisal well carry-in other words, if another company could acquire HDYN at the current market price (which in practice they can't of course), they get the license and carries for free.
