I cannot yes or no if Hood or Global has active rolls in all the companies mentioned, but he probably does including Supurva Healthcare group Inc.
Hood or global are not Supurva Healthcare Group Inc. They are a pvt investor and a hedge fund or lending venture company. When the deal was First put on table, iT did I believe contain the holding company Supurva healthcare group, and 3 Subsidiary's.
When the deal was finalized WITH LHPT GETTING SOME COMPANIES, Not Hood or Global (as they do not own our present companies) Two of the Subsidiaries with people that had majority interests did not go along with any deal. The 2 that did not go along with the deal where
Supurva Biomedical
and
Supurva healthcare Technologies
That left that deal only between LHPT, Supurva holding company, and Supurva onsite Solutions.
The 2 left out I do not know if hood or Global have anything to do with them or not as I am only interested in our Holding company and onsite solutions and that Is what I do my DD on.That is what the old LHPT got and Danos really got.
Now medicall and I have not confirmed it may have been added after the fact, but was not part of the deal between Hood, Global that was presented to us
So All companies may be active and hood / global may be managers of all these companies still, but never in any PR after the deal was done does it mention Biomedical or Technologies Subsidiary's and some of my personal DD confirms this.
Here is a idea, and I asked for help with real DD many times, ask Danos Just because all where under the original holding company does not mean that different people did not have interests in the Subsidiary's. If these people did not want to go along with the deal for one reason or another, they had that right.
My DD sources, which are strong and real time show me what I say is true. If any one posts that proof that Biomedical or healthcare Technologies ended up as part of this deal, I WILL BE THE FIRST TO RETRACT WHAT I HAVE SAID. Supurva healthcare group INC. is not Hood or Global. They may have interests in all of them, but the old LHPT got what I have said until proven otherwise.
Now with that said, there is nothing wrong with that. It appears in filings they are off to a good start, they have received $90,000 plus in sales which where paid for, and it has been confirmed at least with Danos via a email to a poster here that approx. another 250,000 grand in receivables which are also directly from some type of healthcare were reported 1st quarter. And yes the 1st Quarter completely reflected actions of this new healthcare business, and Danos himself has said it did
So some of the info spread around boards has been incorrect, I am just trying to set it all straight, with real DD, much deeper researched then some of the other info that is out there.There is no reason to make it better then it has been reflected by the company and real research and verification. Its not a bad start, and I actually think this incorrect info will hurt the company more then it does good. Maybe at best, LHPT the old company may have gotten some small interests in the deal on the two Subsidiaries, but they are not wholly owned by our new holding company Supurva healthcare group INC.
Lets roll with the good. I see a company already doing about 1.4 million a year and possibly going to expand very soon. Do not get Hood, Global confused with this company, they may have interest in it, but Supurva Healthcare Group INC. is owned by Danos with majority shares and voting rights, not hood or global. DD , real DD needs to go further then corporationwiki and D@B.
Everything I have posted comes with some sort of verification, if someone has more DD to share that proves this wrong, share it, I will retract what I have said, but prove it with verification of some sort.
In my opinion now we still got some growing pains to go through, and hopefully Danos continues to be transparent, as that helps with people just speculating, but if the filings are correct, I think this is on a path to make some people money down the road. There will be good news, and there will be bad news I am sure and its still a Pinkie, but now knowing what we actually have is a huge step in trying to figure out ways to trade this play.
