We went over all this long ago...it was shown that the old assays were bunk, totally. Heck, the first time around, Spieleman and Bender didn't even recover one one hundredth of an ounce of gold per ton of ore. And, of course, no platinum...or rhodium..or any of the REE elements. But Donald Jordan said gold, py, and REE's were all in those tailings, and at concentrations about a gazillion times higher than found anywhere on earth.....
The con was so good that even Sheppard was hoodwinked. Of course, what would an ex-affinity scammer know about gold mining?
