I don't think there is any problem with operating with a patent pending status, which seems the most plausible speculation. With tech ready to go COO & EPGL will not just sit on it for 2 or 3 years. That is not how it works. From the June 16th tweet: "Another fact is that the licensing and royalty deals for this technology will be happening this year, not years away."
