ISBG Acquires Majority Stake in Cavoda Vodka



HOUSTON, July 7, 2015

(a Nevada Corporation) (OTCPK:ISBG) is pleased to announce that the company has upped its stake in Cavoda Vodka and has finalized a deal to acquire a majority share of Cavoda Spirits, LLC, the Brooklyn, N.Y.-based distilled spirits company. Cavoda Spirits, LLC and their flagship brand Cavoda Vodka has joined the ISBG portfolio to be offered along side Besado Tequila and Dziaq Liqueur to become ISBG's first luxury brand in their vodka category. "Jeff Freiberger has known this team for years and has watched this startup do a phenomenally effective job in all areas of marketing, sales, and brand management of Cavoda Vodka. They have not only gained hundreds of millions of impressions on social media via the long list of A-list celebrities they've worked with, but have also capitalized on their product demand created by the consumer pull. Cavoda Vodka, currently with two flavors, is the world's first ultra premium vodka presented in an illuminating bottle.
