ECSL.64 is so cheap. crazy. CEO never sells, Insiders own much. float low and just about to close the biggest diesel supplier in the USA (they are in 30 stores now with the additive and it is selling great). They should close the other 680 stores any day now. PILOT FLYING j! $46 Billion a year in Sales. In addition, the FUEL just went to a muni in FL and THAT is just the tip of the iceberg
