Only 78,083,611 sitting on the Ask at .0001?!?!?!??
(Well, at least the ones that are showing as I am sure there are many 'Hidden' shares in those 10k blocks.)

I'm guessing many shareholders, or a few shareholders who have/had Large blocks on the Ask, sell-orders have ran out and they have to re-enter their sell order(s). Maybe??
