Yes I know what you mean, the IR service is primitive and you must press hard for answers and call often before they return your call. It's just another sign that this company is still closer to failure than fortune in my opinion. Also that they care little about the shareholders. I lose enthusiasm and respect for this company daily. I can only hope that much is happening behind the scenes.
