Thanks for playing joenatural!

Do you mean 'Downsizing' as in: "Downsizing refers to a company's decision to reduce its workforce for reasons other than poor performance, criminal conduct, or unethical behavior on the part of those being let go."

Because, there is no evidence that is what is going on with Adaptive Media. No Sir. In the last 3 months, 40%+ of Adaptive Media's employees have simply quit ... just turning their collective backs and walking away from, what you and Normelong keep pitching as a major payday opportunity. Again, just so we're clear. Voluntary separation is not downsizing or layoffs. It's individuals arriving at the conclusion that the opportunity they have been offered is better than the opportunity they currently have.

Spin it 'Downsizing' all you want and work hard to make it sound like this was the companies plan all along. Shameless and reckless. People willing to do the research can easily see what this really is. It's not 'downsizing', it's 'implosion'.

"I'd like to see even more downsizing, as the current 22 employees should be cut to 10 or 15."

By the way, thanks for accepting my "22 Employees" number (I've actually learned it'll be closer to the 18 number - Kiyo Wilber hasn't been with the company in months, went back to school and hasn't updated LinkedIn). I bet any Adaptive Media employees who read this board are just super-excited to read that the company needs to layoff another 25-50% of them.
