Anyone can verify with a trademark atty that some TM (TRADEMARKS) are registered and some "poor man" trade marks can still protect the company and it's shareholders without paying ridiculous costs initially..

The cost for a registered trade mark done properly is substantially more than 159 dollars.

(I can't make this stuff up)
