Knowing what changes are needed and knowing what changes will be made are 2 separate things. I know one change they need to make is getting the product down to the $20 range from $70 so that it can compete with other companies that sell the Chlorine Dioxide tablet and water products. Will they do that, or how, we have no idea. Another thing the CEO needs to do is bring the cost of the refill tablets from $29.99 a package back down to the $9.95 it was before Winning Brands got involved and tripled the price of the refills from 9.95 to 29.95. Also, someone from the company should have caught the fact that there were NO warnings that came with the product about removing pets and people from the house for 3 hrs. while the product was being used. I can't believe NO ONE from the company caught that before they started shipping the product. Actually, knowing how the company operates I'm not surprised at all that nobody caught it. Why would they? They didn't even know there was a 50% off coupon on the internet for the product. When it comes to lack of knowledge NOTHING surprises me with the company anymore.
