What strikes me as dangerous in these kinds of companies is when ALL of the insiders suddenly create private companies/safe landing points, if VAPE goes down hard that shareholders dont have access to. THEN you have to wonder. Where is their allegiance going to lie?

Especially THESE insiders with their PHOT experience. -Learning at the feet of Sterling Scott.

Sterling is among the owners of the 14 new private companies of course.

Note that it is Kyle Tracey, Joseph Andreae and Jordan Scott, (Sterlings son?) who own "Applegate Way, LLC". That is the company that owns some of the real estate. Seems they feel safe enough with rent income for themselves. Good of them to take the risk they claim is too much for VAPE shareholders.

Sterlings wife Unis Scott owns some of the other companies outright. I wonder which ones they would claim as Federally riskier? The ones with Sterlings name on them or the ones with his wifes or sons(?) name on them? What would Sterling do? WWSD

My main thing is that poor optics ALWAYS leads to poor management in my experience.

I am offended when it is done so poorly. Business is hard enough without running into these type of people all the time. They make entire industries look bad mostly through stupidity. AND their complete lack of respect for the public. How else could they say some of the stupid stuff they feed us. I say we arent that dumb.
