Agree with your analysis and insight here.

Kim expends his efforts in clearly deliberate ways that are aimed at keeping and increasing all of his awards and rewards while shifting all of the risks from his shoulders to the shoulders of the public shareholders. Whether things go badly or well (hopefully some day that might happen) he continuously awards himself more by placing a greater liability on the shareholder. Only when confronted with excessive valuation of his contributed technology does he seem to back down the value in order to retain what he can.

Study the history and see the future for the shareholder and for the shares breeder.
