All I know is that I have no respect for a CEO like Wily Wotton who when he does speak to shareholders(which is rare) it is in circles usually full of administrative, ambiguous, confusing generalized bs and is characterized by one way optimistic statements for positive events to occur at some unclear/undetermined time in the future.
On occasions when he has has made promises and/or deadlines to shareholders, he has broken/missed them.
In the above sense if Wily/Weasel Wotton isn't the Ocata version of the "Boy who cried wolf," then I don't know who is.
