It has nothing to do with where I want the stock to go...

The stock does what it does as it reacts to market pressures...

All I can do is plan my investment decisions based on what is happening...

So if it goes up... I will make certain decisions... and act upon them...
If it goes down... I will make certain decisions... and act upon them...

I'm still accumulating the stock... so if it goes there and nothing within or about the company has changed... well... I'll be buying... I always save a bit for various price fluctuations...
