While I appreciate your concerns regarding how the press releases are interpreted so optimistically here, the Bayer patent was a process patent not a composition of matter patent. Thus, it is possible via additional research that our folks have developed new, improved formulations using the same continous flow methods. Because we are a continous flow "house" I believe the patent acquisitions were as much to clear the path ahead (Bayer was in our way) as it was to prevent others from processing our way.

WRT heat resistance, none of us are in position to evaluate the true meaning of that stability claim. We have no side by side competitive data or even test procedures to evaluate. It either means our latest samples are better than our previous ones or for now believed to be best of class. We'll know within a few months.
