Stokjunky, there is not a statement, that will come in a pr, but looking at the share capital structure they are going from 6 billion to 500M which is a reduction of a 12 multiple. Now if that's what it is for sure don't know. TBD until they announce it. Could be different. You can follow the share history structure in the document that LeGoose put out. Which by the way was a nice heads up.
The last PR on ENTB was good for several reasons. First to know that ENTB is still active, that was confirmed, that they are now looking at nanotech for drug delivery, a new tech direction, C Ichim is working on drug development, and they announced vet and human markets for drug applications not just the vet market any longer. Also keep in mind the CFO that was hired awhile back. Hopefully this starts to come together and soon. Crap shoot with these stocks but high reward if they play out.
