Speaking of Michaels former Registered agent for Hop-On.Com and friend, Richard/Dick Weed...

I found the SEC complaint that was filed Nov 2014... interesting reading..

Talks about writing fraudulent attorney letters.. Sure hope Pittera has all his ducks in a row with his attorney letter.

Michaels has to be sweating....
