Michaels has made so very strange mistakes, especially for a convicted felon who is trying to get this thing up and running again.

It doesn't make sense.

And as far as the attorney letter, it isn't worth the paper it was written on (old expression).

Seriously, Pittera writing a letter that the annual was ok with the NOV 2014 date on it? REALLY? Geez, no wonder he is the attorney for so many stocks with stop signs and skull & crossbones.

Pittera should be investigated along with Michaels.

Hey what was the name of the guy that Michaels did work with that was recently arrested ? I think Michaels' brother was going to use him, too.
