IMO Vincent is converting his Series I Convertible Preferred Stock. Each one is convertible into 1,250 FLTT common shares and he can convert them at .0008 for two more years up to 125,000,000 common shares. Just 1000 I series shares = 1,250,000 FLTT common shares. I got my MILLIONS at .0002-.0004 much less than Vincent's .0008.
