Then she would file for an extension. To neglect reporting OTCM financials to the point of letting MRIB's status drop to "Dark or Defunct" is unprofessional. To choose to not file an extension is not only amateurish but incompetent as well.

Being ignorant is not so much a
shame, as being unwilling to learn.
