Nah. Lorsch is fairly criticized for repeatedly lying about everything, including about whether he is fighting "this stuff" or not, and what the terms of various settlements are.

He also gets criticized for threatening the children of his critics, and for running stupid initiatives like Operation Mole which was also designed to stifle opposition while he robbed his shareholders blind.

I'm sure you can see the difference.
