Like I said before... the deal with Empath will not be inked because creditors are lined up at the door to snatch any assets that might blindly stumble into Dennis's house of cards. There is no link to verify what I said then and there is not a link to verify it now... only my opinion based on observation, knowledge, and experience.

the public markets run on forward looking statements and events so often times there is no link... only speculation... there are 2 types of speculation in my book...

blind speculation... basically a wild ass guess (WAG)

or

educated speculation... basically speculation through observation, knowledge, and experience

My educated assumption that the Empath deal would not close was speculation and was derived wigh observation, knowledge, and experience... and so far I am RIGHT!!
