Neural Training System improves brain function

Signal Advance Announces Plans to Use Its Proprietary
Technology in a Biotech Application

SIGL is preparing to enter the nearly two billion dollar Neural Training market by applying its proprietary Signal Advance ("SA") technology to develop an enhanced Neural Training System. Neural
Training (neuro-therapy, neuro-feedback) typically applies auditory, visual, or direct current stimuli to the brain to improve brain function. Effective Neural Training relies on quickly measuring the brain's response to stimuli and making
real-time adjustments. In a University study, SA circuit designs were shown to reduce delays in measuring human
bioelectric signals which should translate to faster detection of brain responses.

With needs related to mental challenges of an aging population, traumatic brain injury treatment, educating developmentally challenged children, thinking and memory problems (chemo brain) from cancer treatment, the need for a comprehensive solution is clear. Signal Advance's enhanced Neural Training system incorpora
tes multiple stimulation modes which, combined with reduced detection delays means every training session is determined by the user's brain function, and the learning experience is custom tailored, in real-time, to the individual user automatically.

The RESULT: expect better outcomes in less time.
"We are encouraged by initial discussions with contacts in MD Anderson Cancer Center and Home Instead Senior Care regarding the possibility of providing a cost effective means to help their patients and clients," said Chris M Hymel, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer
