Uplisting is out of the question.

And claiming the stock will be more attractive to certain institutions, etc, simply because it's higher is ridiculous.

The only thing that matters is that after the R/S there will be
4,997,682,032 shares available for the company to issue.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
