LEXG - If the SonCav UT devices are "real" and proof of technology and economic feasibility is very positive... the marketplace will be completely different for both companies... they will be able to seek traditional financing... it is very key that both entities will no longer have debt on their balance sheets, and LEXG will have no more convertible debt that is dilutive on its capital as well...

Good question... and let's just see what happens when SonCav's results are published... very exciting time to be part of this technology which has so many applications, is green, and will meet some of the most pressing issues facing North America at present... to be able to deliver clean drinking water for California during this extreme drought... and cleanse fracking water at fraction of current cost to make domestic oil production more efficient in light of middle east oil dumping...
