I could care less about a PR right now, this is a lotto play. We are waiting to see if all comes to fruition which will take till Q3 report. Why waste cash now on a PR, get the filings current and get business in order before you start the PR machine.
Otherwise, they'd start to PR right now and the PPS wouldn;t move anyway and you would still be yelling scam. Most people here could care less about anything but the current PPS and nothing else will sway their emotions
