Involve, LLC filed to convert 1000 shares of preferred stock to 68 million shares of CAPC common or 9.4%. What would be the benefit of holding preferred shares and why would Involve choose to convert now?

I hope this is a bullish sign. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
