Some have said the funding may be coming from a government entity and I agree that it's possible based on TCEL's past involvement in similar projects. Time will tell GLTA. IMO this is overdue for a run-up and there's confirmation now that the funding is coming by July 31. I would expect information of testing and trials restarting within a month or two after that if not before.
