This 8-K Filing makes zero sense.

If you read the 8-K, and I've linked it below, it's says that CBIS has entered into a Consulting Agreement with Cannabis Science Research Foundation.

The problem is that Cannabis Science Research Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of CBIS.

So lol.......CBIS just entered into a consulting agreement with lol......itself.

Just another "consulting sham" to award insiders more money, while they still do nothing. Get out of this scam before everything is gone.
