Plug is down because:

"[..]Despite the improving fundamentals, I would choose to remain on the sidelines until there is more evidence that the company is achieving its targets. It will be interesting to see if the company achieves its second quarter revenue target. If it does then achieving the full-year revenue target will be easy. I will definitely wait until the second quarter results before taking a long position[..]"
