I agree changes are needed, but you must realize that is highly unlikely. Honestly the CEO is the Sole Owner, and represents the bulk of voting power on the "Board of Directors", which is really only himself and one other long time employee. And she is actually semi-retired, and is little more than a rubber stamp to any decision made by Dennis Alexander. IF Joe Vasquez is still in charge of Investor Relations, you must also understand he has no power whatsoever in corporate decisions, and is basically little more than a mouth piece, authorized only to speak as directed. That's his JOB, no reflection on him whatsoever. Lastly, there is little chance of ANY company actually BUYING out EFIR, MNVN or even BOI. The reason is simple, to do so they would be paying REAL MONEY for companies in severe debt, facing court litigation, under SEC sanction, and with a negative cash flow. IMO, the only hope here (and it is low) is that Alexander himself is capable of turning his companies around himself. While unlikely, it is a possibility. I've seen stranger things happen in the pinks. GLTY and all holding $EFIR

I do not advocate that anyone follow my advice. I'm just a private investor with no inside information. I do not receive any compensation whatsoever for any post I make on any board. GLTA, may all your investments be golden!!
