The Company identified in early 2014 a business sector that it believes would create significant future shareholder value - the emerging cannabis legalization in the United States. To date this has been proven accurate as now 23 states have legalization in some form, and industry experts forecast the cannabis business in the U.S. to become the next major U.S. industry.
