ZIVO is about as exciting as watching paint dry at the moment ..... no doubt fueled by Dahl's inspiring shareholder address at the annual meeting.

Interesting to see more "against" votes for Cox and Rice this year on proxy. Guess more people wondering what value they bring. My proxy didn't have an "against" option .... only "withhold". Always wondered why Dahl wasn't a board member. CEOs typically are. I suspect shareholder unrest is growing ...... and Dahl's approval rating likely in the toilet.

Mgmt needs to cut deal to sell this company.
