Depending on where in Europe the "deals" are, things are starting to close up or have already closed up. If these were deals that were supposed to close in February and they don't end up closing this quarter, you have to assume they won't close and the issues are substantial enough to not be able to be overcome. If the deals don't close, the company's position will be even weaker going forward.
If they do close, I believe it would be prudent to announce them quickly.
Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
