What was the attorney's name? He is the one that was in cahoots with the Weise (sp?) family that back stabbed SE several times and killed any chance for SIOR, in fact I think he is the one that made sure the stock got delisted as the Weise family wanted to take over the assets and the new investors that rallied the stock were thwarting that plan.
