In retrospect I'm thinking that I have misinterpreted the above.

While I take it as correct that these two persons have employment status at Bourque Industries, not full time, but as needed, I think the following wording is a better way to understand.

This may be why no Military Armor Marketing can be located at The Macalan Group.

This eventhought no "Commercial Armor Marketing" and "Military Armor Marketing" web pages on Bourque Industries web site are so allocated, its understood that Bourque Industries is marketing its armor to both commercial and military markets.
