Why...the Authorized Share count. Company already stated months ago that it was done to maintain a controlling interest in the company. You will never see that become the Outstanding Share count. Amazon has 5 Billion authorized shares for the same reason. Remember Authorized Shares are NOT the same thing as Outstanding Shares! It's investing 101.
