This is a very detrimental ruling to Americans. The court has placed the corporate bottom line above the health and welfare of the citizens. Mercury is the second most toxic element in our environment. It kills everything it touches and causes immense neurological problems as well. Mercury pollution is destroying our oceans and poisoning our air and water. This was a very bad ruling.
