I consider it delusional, irrational, dumb and counter-intuitive in the nearterm. But not a "crime."

Crimes are what Wallace and MacLeod have done to GOSY's stockholders. Those that are stockholders, or probable future stockholders, would care. Those that have shorted GOSY and only post to hold the price down, probably celebrate the alleged criminal activities of them to hold GOSY's pps down.
