Wallace is an attorney that uses his legal education to corrupt due legal process to extort monies not legitimately owed him from GOSY and the Spencers.

Some say that Wallace is a sociopath and is obsessed with ruining Spencer since Spencer fired him from GOSY 7+ years ago for incompetence and generally poor performance.

Pretty disgusting that this duo has cost GOSY and its hundreds of stockholders millions of dollars.
